My first time trying Bell's Octoberfest, I've sampled their Hell Hath No Fury ... Ale, which I liked very much.

This beer taste simple but complex at the same time, it's hard to explain, almost like Sam Adams Lite (which I like by the way) with a touch of the old Maredsous 10 formula. I get caramel, slight fruit and barn (a cigar term, earthy) flavors. What I really like about this beer is its balanced carbonation and pleasant hoppiness.

Not your typical Octoberfest style beer but one you should try, highly recommended.
