The G-Unit headed to Brooklyn Saturday night before Jr. left back to school for our favorite pizza, Ludovico Barbati's pizza is nothing short of amazing.
Mr. Barbati came to the United States in 1917, from Italy, started making spumoni and ices in 1938 after learning how to do so from a baker. He then took the show on the road selling via horse-drawn wagon.
In the mid 1950's the pizzaria was built. I've had pizza from most countries in the world and nothing comes close to Spumoni Gardens, nothing.
After only one time, if I could....I would marry a pizza from Spumoni Gardens...and be very happy.
