Pasteles season is approaching fast.

Now becoming an annual event, Pasteles night is the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Casa Baya. I will offer a recipe once Mrs. Baya and I come to a consensus. At present, we are still compiling data and tweeking formulas provided to us by the Elders. Together with our buddies from the People's Republic of Garretson, we made an excellent batch last year.
