Since 1870, Blundstone has been making boots in Hobart, Tasmania, after John Blundstone moved to the island from England. As a long-time Doc Marten wearer, I've always liked Blundstones and finally got a pair of the 557 seen above. Like the Doc Marten (I have two pair Made in England before their production moved to China), Blundstones are still very well made despite some of their production having been moved to India and Thailand. Due to their styling they can be worn with jeans or with a shirt and tie. Highly recommended, your feet will love you for it.
