Garlic Mojito a la Baya.

While most restaurants simply chop garlic and add vegetable oil, I like something with finesse. I offer my recipe:

2 heads of garlic, (peeled) chopped via food processor (or by hand if you are feeling old-school.)
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Tea spoon of white vinegar
A pinch of Adobo
Tea spoon of lemon juice
2 table spoons of simple Italian dressing and mix thoroughly .

The above with tontones as a side make a great compliment to any meal.
